My 7 year old son loves these books (so do I). I had been searching for a chapter book that he wouldn't get bored with or find too challenging. I came across this series while browsing Amazon and ordered this one to try out. He finished the book and asked if there were anymore, so I ended up buying all 13. We will be sad when he finishes the last book.
This book is fun. My kids all love these books. They get so excited for new ones to come out. We all read them together then my readers reread them over and over. We make predictions about what we think will happen and we were so wrong about this book. There is a twist we didn't see coming although looking back there were some clues. Good book. My kids ages two through eight listen to them. Boys and girls.
It's a really fun story not my favorite at the end of the day but still loads of fun . I have given every other book a solid five , this one I'm gonna go with four just wasn't quite as entertaining but still a lot of fun
My 12 year old son thinks this series is so funny. He loves the creativity of the stories and it is an easy read and inspires him to create his own stories and silly characters. Who knows maybe he'll follow in Mr. Cummings footsteps...
This is a great series. I preordered the book for my son who has been anxiously awaiting this book for months. It arrived on its release day. He's already looking forward to number 11.
These are excellent books for those beginning to read chapter books. My son LOVES these books and as always can't wait for the next one to come out! Keep them coming!
