Certainly worth the price. This is a very short book concentrating on posture and use of the seat. It's obvious that it is excerpts from other books as there are references to other non-existent chapters. Still, if the reader gets just one idea (as I did) to improve his riding, it is worth the time. The book also includes two videos from Peter Doves' Master Dressage series.
A good little primer that helps a rider decide if they want to delve deeper into Mary Wanless riding techniques.
Great explanations especially about posture and seat and a very good quick book to read when you're trying to fix your beginner mistakes.
