I read this cover to cover on a recent flight. Russ' story is definitely a compelling, rational argument for why you should drop the addictions in your life. I'm not the type of person that does something "because I was finally ready" or "because it felt right". But reading Russ' argument about the breakdown of time, energy and resources that go into maintaining an addiction or overindulgence at any level made me think twice when the flight attendant came around serving drinks. In the end, it as a quick, powerful read, and definitely makes you appreciate the success of Design Pickle on a different level.
